How does my loved one receive the gift?
After you pay, you get a private gift link. Send it yourself on WhatsApp, now or on the day. When they open it, the seal breaks, your message appears, and they can claim their session whenever they're ready.
Will I know if they've used it?
Only if they tell you. When they claim it, they can choose to send you a thank-you. What they talk about always stays between them and Tripti.
Does my partner need to agree to a couples session?
Yes. Couples sessions work best when both people choose to come. Give it as a gift for the two of you, and pick the time together.
Can I gift a session to someone under 18?
These gifts are for adults (18 and over). For a teenager, please message us first, so we can suggest the right support with a parent involved.
How long is the gift valid, and can I get a refund?
It's valid for 12 months from the day you buy it. If it hasn't been claimed, you can get a full refund within 14 days. After that it can't be refunded, but it can be passed on to someone else.
Are sessions online? In which languages?
Yes. Sessions are 60 minutes, online by video, in English or Hindi, at a time that suits them.
Is the price final?
Yes. ₹2,500 for one session or ₹3,500 for a couples session, inclusive of all taxes, paid securely through Razorpay.
What if they're going through something serious right now?
This gift is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away.
