Refund & cancellation policy

Before your first session

Changed your mind? Cancel at least 24 hours before your first session for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the first session, or a missed first session, are not refundable, but the session can be rescheduled once.

Packages, once started

Package fees are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, and are non-transferable.

If something serious stops you continuing (for example illness), write to us and we will look at it fairly, including a one-time extension.

Packages are valid for 90 days from the first session (up to 12 sessions) or 120 days (16 and 20 sessions). Unused sessions lapse after that.

Paying in two halves

Packages above ₹30,000 can be paid 50% to begin and 50% before the midpoint session. Remaining sessions are scheduled once the second half is paid.

If you stop before the midpoint, the second half is simply not due. The first half follows the rules above.

Rescheduling and missed sessions

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, count as used.

If Tripti needs to cancel a session, it is always rescheduled at no cost, or refunded if no suitable time can be found.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval (bank timelines may vary).

To ask for a refund or cancellation, WhatsApp or email us with your name and payment details.

How sessions are delivered

All sessions are online by video. After payment, Tripti's team contacts you within a day to agree your session times.
