This website is run by Tripti Sharma (Unmasking Minds). Privacy matters especially in mental-health work, so this page explains plainly what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we receive only what you type: for example your name (optional on the private question form), email, phone number and message. We may also note which link or advert brought you here, so we know which posts are helpful.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange the service you asked about. We never sell or share your information for marketing. Messages are stored in a private, access-restricted spreadsheet that only Tripti Sharma can open.

Therapy records

Anything shared in sessions is kept confidential in line with professional ethical guidelines for psychologists.

Analytics

The site uses privacy-friendly visitor analytics that count page views without cookies or personal profiles.
